I started blogging about 8 years ago as a way to "find my voice." I didn't really know what I wanted to say, but, as all disciplined writers at some point need to do, I took a leap and started hurling my thoughts into the world. Along the way, I actually did find my voice -- or at least started to develop it more -- and learned something about how I wanted to intersect with the world.
Some of my posts were good and some were probably not so good, but such is the way of finding our way through life. The blog was a helpful tool to move me along my path, and while I may not have been as consistent or as profound as I would have liked, I'm grateful for the things I gleaned about myself and writing along the way.
If you'd like to read some of my old posts from the Rough Cut (hence image above), you can do so here.
